Greek kabob


1/2 onion
1 garlic
1 lettuce
1 1/2 lemon
some parsley
255 gr beef ground meat
4 pinches of cinnamon
salt and pepper to taste
kabob stick

1. mix the beef with finely chopped onion, garlic, half of the parsley, cinnamon and salt & pepper
2. form kabob with the mixed meat
3.cook them in the oven at 255 F until nicely grilled
4. then make a sandwich 

 Add some yogurt on the kabob
